Possible Delays

  • Shipping estimates are provided by Thailand Post. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections or transit issues. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Multiple Packages

  • Thailand Post sets a value limit for international shipments. Orders exceeding this limit may be sent in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.

Damaged Orders

  • If an item is damaged during transit, please contact us promptly at rlprojectparts@gmail.com We will work with the carrier to provide a replacement.

Returned Packages

  • We offer complimentary shipping for the initial delivery attempt. If the delivery is unsuccessful, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for resending the package. These costs will be based on actual shipping fees, and we’ll communicate the details via email once we receive the returned package.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • In case of order cancellation, the payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please note that the transaction fee may vary depending on the payment method used and may also be deducted from the refund. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us through any of our communication channels, including email, Facebook, or Instagram.

Customs Office

  • Potential delays due to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are beyond our control. Please consult your country’s customs office for detailed information.
  • We do not assume responsibility for any customs fees or taxes imposed by the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to settle such fees or taxes.
  • If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay these fees, we cannot offer a refund. The package will not be resent unless the customer agrees to pay the actual reshipping costs.
